This is an article from an online newspaper that was written a short while ago by Andrew P. Napolitano.
It is a series of rhetorical questions that make you ponder about what would the world be like if the FBI, Congress or anything government related never did anything.
The last paragraph stood out very well:
What if offensive wars are illegal and morally wrong? What if killing is evil when not done in self-defense? What if those who kill not in self-defense are prosecuted and punished, except when they do so in large numbers and to the sounds of trumpets blaring? What do we do about a government that breaks the laws we have hired it to enforce?
It is simply saying that wars are wrong no matter what, that it should be illegal and whoever tries to start it should be prosecuted. The government should follow the laws the nation has hired it to do so.
I agree with this article very much, but instead of getting rid of this government, they should make the government better.
